Shinobu Nakata (32 years old, single) is the head of the first support section of the ward office's welfare life department.

If the bacteria that inhabit the otherworldly elves were releasing toxins that could lead to the extinction of humanity, incineration would not be enough. Like dioxin, incomplete incineration could invade the soil, and the ashes could ride the wind and turn into clouds, falling on the earth as toxic rain.
In that case, the only option would be to immediately freeze the elves at extremely low temperatures and dispose of them in space or Antarctica at best, or from Cape Shiretoko to the bottom of the Okhotsk Sea at worst.
