From the Moderoid series of detailed plastic model kits comes a long-awaited 1/60 scale kit of the Type 98 Special Command Vehicle and Type 99 Special Labor Carrier from the anime series Mobile Police Patlabor! Created under the careful supervision of designer Shoji Kawamori, the vehicles have been recreated in detail based on their look from the series while featuring updates that give them a more modern look.

In addition to detailed molding, the Special Labor Carrier features rubber tires connected via metal shafts that can be rotated, siren lights and windows made with clear parts, a top floodlight that can be displayed deployed or stored, a faithfully sculpted driver’s seat, and extendable outriggers. But the real highlight is the rear multipurpose hanger featuring articulated arms and a rotatable crane that can be used together with separately sold Police Labor figures. It can even rotate vertically 90 degrees to recreate deck-up scenes from the series. And with the also included Command Vehicle, you can recreate Special Vehicle Section 2 in your collection.
