Looks amazing and is solid. Be very careful when attaching the ball and chain, like, more so than usual. It's under a lot of tension when it's finally in place.
I was most excited for Ram when I ordered the set, but Rem really shines through with her flowing chain and mace, along with a dazzling pop from her glossy skirt. The elaborate base really accentuates the character without stealing the show. Manufacturing quality was top notch as well. Glad to have Neon Rem on display.
Between Rem and Ram, this was slightly harder to stage due to the chain not lining up as nicely as it possibly could have. There is a bit of flexibility to the chain so it isn't impossible to get it to fit. This is also on the heavy side for a figure due to the base. One of the few Rem figures I'll ever own as this one screams unique and I love it. Now if only Beatrice…
Just got my figure yesterday and it looks awesome. The cyberpunk theme is a nice change as well. Currently waiting for Ram and Emila. Also want to to sound out that Otakumode has been awesome and figure came in perfect condition!
Not sure everything is amazing but to me seems slightly lackluster but that’s just me I feel, maybe because crystal dress Rem is the opposite and has volume
I'm so in love with the style this figure has, it has so much detail and looks great with Rams figure. Can't wait till I receive Emilia as well!!

While eStream does get tons of hate (mostly for no reason) in this case you can't say anything. Its simply a 10/10 figure with nothing wrong with it. The base is heavy and made well, she fits perfect into the base and her accessory fits exactly how it is supposed to. Honestly if you have complaints other then the price I don't understand.
The first ever scale/large figure I have ever bought (though the second arrived earlier so I can't call it my first overall). Anyway she's simply stellar in everything, from outstanding base full of character to drip that rivals Poseidon himself, she is easily a cut above the vast majority of figures on the market. The paint job is great with seemingly no issues or at the very least nothing that would be noticeable without careful examination.
TL;DR - Worth.

The Rem: Neon City figure is an absolute standout in my collection. Rem's dynamic pose with her flowing chain and mace is a true spectacle, further enhanced by the dazzling pop of her glossy skirt. The cyberpunk theme adds a refreshing twist, and the elaborate base complements the character flawlessly. While the weight and chain alignment can be a slight challenge, the sheer uniqueness and attention to detail make this figure worth every bit. An embodiment of amazing quality and artistry!
Again TOM packaged my figure perfectly. Rem is gorgeous and fits nicely along with my matching neon city Ram. Paint is flawless and pose is super cute. For the price, definitely feels like a quality figure.
Seriously 1 month later its cheaper and more cash back from when I bought it I feel like an idiot.
If it hasnt shipped send a support ticket. They usually will honor the difference if the item hasnt shipped yet. I was able to get back a few hundred in points on preorders and other figures I bought a week prior to increase in cashback. They wont honor it however if it ships before you message them. So if it hasnt been packaged and still appears as ordered you may still have a chance. They would rather have you come back as a repeat buyer than have a negative experience and go buy else where. Its doesnt make sense for a business to alienate the customer by saving a few dollars and losing hundreds in potential profits in the future.

It was free for me I used the free shipping from TOM. It all depends do you have the membership? What shipping method did you use and what country are you from? All that usually factors into shipping.

The sign on the base is. There is an additional (larger) neon sign that is available for those purchasing through amazon.

Just the led version. They said both the exclusive neon lights are made different compared to the non light up ones
I reached out to TOM support and I was told that neither of the signs are included, hence why the description for the figures have been updated to not include the sign.

When spots are filled up I think. It doesn’t really say, but the sooner you buy the better.
When it comes to estream figures like these, I’d say a month before these release. It doesn’t seem like a lot of people could afford these prices.

I think you're right. Even though Rems does look the best. They haven't put up the Emilia one for sale and even that one doesn't stand up to the twins. I think the crystal dress ones for Rem and Emilia (both versions) are better still.

that's simplified Chinese. If it is in Japanese, it should be like traditional Chinese, like that blue "zero" sign. That zero sign is in traditional Chinese.
Cause its a Chinese restaurant
But Chinese people usually use these words to welcome someone paying a visit or something. It's not very common to see them on a restaurant signboard in China nowadays. At least, “欢迎光临” would be much better than “热烈欢迎”. And the font style is quite old-fashioned.
