Fans of the Queen’s Blade franchise will no doubt be aware of its more salacious qualities, so it’ll come as no surprise to learn they’ve engaged in a collaboration with popular gravure idol Ayaka Sayama to embody the character of Pirate Captain Liliana for this special photographic game book. Rest assured, this volume is still fully playable as a combat book, but rather than the usual illustrations, a series of photographs (shot by Yuki Aoyama) featuring the star playing the part of Captain Liliana have been substituted. More photos of Sayama can also be found in the “Pirate Girl Complex” photo shoot included at the back of the book. If you still need more piratey action, it comes with a special making-of DVD too!
