It's obvious that it's a clear file from the price and photos, but it's can still confuse buyers. I bought knowing I would be getting a file. It's a very cute design and I'm very happy with it. I order from TOM a lot and they send their own free with every order so I have quite a collection of clear files; I don't need anymore, but I love Sentimental Circus and this design is adorable--couldn't pass it up. Now I want to buy more San-x clear files.
