This is about the size of the kitty pen pouches but roomier because there is no fluff/stuffing. It actually has two compartments you can unzip--one has plain lining where you can put pens and things, and the other is where you can reverse it to the kuma side. Like another reviewer said, I'm also wishing for the bigger usakumya bags, but I love this pouch and I'm so glad I bought it. I hope TOM restocks more so others can enjoy it.
