Hello and welcome to our first figure roundup of 2022! We hope the end of 2021 treated you kindly and that you’re well rested for all of the amazing anime, manga, games, and figures that are coming your way!
We know it’s a bit of a cliché, but do you have any big resolutions or dreams for the new year? In Japanese, we’d ask you 今年の抱負はなんですか？ You can read that as “*Kotoshi no houfu wa nan desu ka?*”
Even if you’ve never studied Japanese formally before, there are probably a few words in there that are recognizable to anime fans. Sorry to spring a language lesson on you, but if any of you out there are thinking of learning more Japanese as one of your goals, consider this as a sign ;)
