The premiere of the third installment in the Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution movie trilogy has been delayed until 2021.
It was originally slated for a 2019 release, following the second movie, Anemone: Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution, which premiered in Nov. 2018. The trilogy itself kicked off in Sept. 16.
Further information is expected to be announced at a special screening of Anemone on Dec. 23, at which members of the cast and crew are expected to participate, including director Kyoda Tomoki, Nazuka Kaori (the voice of Eureka), and Bones producer Minami Masahiko.
