Anime movie Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl has announced its release for Jun. 15 in Japan along with its latest key visual, featuring heroine Makinohara Shouko in both her middle school and grown up incarnations.
Inspired by the popular series of light novels by Kamoshida Hajime with illustrations by Mizoguchi Keeji, Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai is set in the seaside town of Fujisawa. The series was first adapted as a TV anime in 2018 and the movie is expected to adapt volumes six and seven of the light novels. Masui Souichi will direct with a script by Yokotani Masahiro while CloverWorks will produce.
The Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Sempai will open in Japan on Jun. 15.
