The second Trinity Seven movie which opens in Japan on March 29 has confirmed its official title.
Heavens Library & Crimson Lord is the second animated film in the Trinity Seven franchise which began with Saitou Kenji and Nao Akinari’s manga. Adapted as a TV anime in 2014, the first Trinity Seven movie, The Eternal Library and the Alchemist Girl, opened in 2017. The series revolves around the adventures of Kasuga Arata, who has magical abilities, and the seven beautiful mages who surround him.
Illustrated by character designer and animation director Tomooka Shinpei, the just released key visual features Arata with his sword drawn and the Trinity Seven behind him.
Additional casting details have also been confirmed. Maeno Tomoaki will play Lilith’s father Abyss Trinity and Itou Shizuka will play Black Imperial Sword Judecca. The original voice cast will also reprise their roles from the previous movie. Nishikiori Hiroshi will direct with Kenji Saito writing the script.
