A new trailer has been released for Production I.G.’s film trilogy Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, with keywords relating to the three different stories scattered throughout.
The film trilogy will focus on three separate cases, starring principal characters like Kogami Shinya, Masaoka Tomomi, Teppei Sugo, Ginoza Nobuchika, and Shimotsuki Mika.
From Nov. 9, tickets can be purchased in advance for 3,900 yen. Fans purchasing these tickets will score a bonus in the form of an original clear postcard.
Psycho-Pass began as an original anime that aired on Fuji TV’s Noitamina from Oct. 2012 to Mar. 2013 with a second season airing in 2014. Described as a sci-fi crime series, it takes place nearly 100 years in the future where Japan constantly monitors the brains of its citizens to predict and prevent crimes that they might commit.
The Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System film trilogy will begin with Case 1: Tsumi to Batsu on Jan. 25. Case 2: First Guardian and Case 3: Onshuu no Kanata ni__ will follow on Feb. 15 and Mar. 8 respectively.
