Upcoming film Bleach has released a new visual placing an early illustration of protagonist Kurosaki Ichigo alongside his live action counterpart Fukushi Souta!
Despite the gap in dimensions, similarities can be seen in their defiant expressions and unusual orange hair. Fans can also get even more pumped to see how the live action compares to the original with a new trailer featuring plenty of action.
Bleach follows the story of not-so-ordinary high school boy Kurosaki Ichigo, who is suddenly confronted by a mysterious Soul Reaper named Rukia and receives her powers to fight evil supernatural creatures known as Hollows.
Bleach is slated to premiere in Japan on Jul. 20.
