Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Third Plate Coming in Fall 2017!

Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma has announced its third season along with its main staff, cast, and premiere date! Subtitled The Third Plate, the third season will air this fall, bringing new excitements with the appearance of the Elite Ten.

Based on the manga written by Tsukuda Yuuto and illustrated by Saeki Shun with collaboration from popular chef Morisaki Yuki, Food Wars! follows Yukihira Soma, the son of a restaurant owner studying in an elite chef school with the goal of one day inheriting the family restaurant. He meets talented students and faces them in steamy cook-offs. In the end, only 10% of them will graduate! The first season aired from April to Sept. 2015 with a second one following from July to Sept. 2016.
