Special Sailor Moon Support Screening Announced with Mitsuishi Kotono as Guest!

Commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon TV anime, a support screening of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon R: The Movie has been announced! The event will be held on 2 days: Tsukino Usagi’s birthday, June 30, and the following day, Jul. 1. Guests like Usagi's voice actress, Mitsuishi Kotono are expected to make appearances, too!

The screenings will be held at Marunouchi Toei, and in addition to Mitsuishi Kotono, a special guest will be visiting on June 30. Director Ikuhara Kunihiko will be attending the July 1 showing along with Mitsuishi.

Episode 27 of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal (the 1st episode of the 3rd season and Death Busters arc) will also be screened on June 30. This is a precious opportunity to see the 1st movie and the newest anime together on the same screen!
Visitors will also be allowed to cosplay or bring glow sticks! There won’t be a designated place to change, though, so cosplayers will have to arrive already in costume. The screening will be BD-R.

Moviegoers will receive a reissue of a poster visual clear file set as a present. Members of the fanclub will be able to get advanced sale tickets from May 31 until June 4, followed by public early sales from June 10-15 through Ticket Pia before they go on general sale on June 17. Tickets for June 30 will be 4,000 yen, and July 1 will be 3,500 yen.

The 1st series of the anime will also be available in HD through the 1st volume of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Blu-ray Collection on sale June 14, followed by volume 2 on Aug. 9. Each will be 21,384 yen (tax included).
