An exciting new event dubbed the Fullmetal Alchemist Exhibition was announced for the beloved Fullmetal Alchemist series!
The exhibit will be displayed at Tokyo Dome City’s Gallery AaMo from Sept. 16 to Oct. 29 and Osaka’s ATC Museum from Nov. 3 to Nov. 30. Fans will be treated to a massive display of manga manuscripts, full-color illustrations, and other specially-drawn illustrations. Some are even drawn by creator Arakawa Hiromu herself! And if the main visual for the exhibition, which features Edward and Alphonse with their closest friends and allies, looks at all familiar, that’s because it was illustrated by Arakawa as well!
For those who simply can’t get enough of Fullmetal Alchemist, a double-sided poster will be distributed at Anime Japan 2017. One side features the exhibition visual, while the other side has a promotion for the upcoming live-action film releasing later this year! The Warner Brothers Japan booth will also hold a mini exhibition themselves by displaying the gorgeous costume of Colonel Mustang, which was worn in the film!
If you’re one of the countless people who fell in love with the the compelling storyline, complex characters, and thought-provoking themes of Fullmetal Alchemist, this event is one you won’t want to miss.
