As a tie-in event with the TV anime series Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love!, Namco Ltd. will be opening Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! Chara Pop Stores across Japan! The Niigata Chara Pop Store that opened on Sept. 24 has proved very popular, and soon fans will have even more opportunities to stock up on Boueibu goodies. Starting with the opening of a store in Umeda on Oct. 22 (Sat.), stores will be opened in Fukuoka in November, Shinjuku in December, Nagoya in January 2017, and in Sapporo in February 2017.
Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! is the second season of the TV anime series Cute High Earth Defense Club Love!, which tells the story of the members of the Binan High School Earth Defence Club. The Earth Defence Club are tasked with using the power of love to save the world, and defeat the monsters created by their enemies, the Earth Conquest Club.
■ About the Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! Chara Pop Store
This Chara Pop Store is a pop-up store that sells products inspired by the Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! TV anime series that aired from July to September 2016, and admission to the store is free. A variety of original goods featuring specially drawn chibi illustrations of Boueibu characters are available as prizes to be won in mini games as well as for purchase in the merchandise area. There's also a photo spot featuring the chibi Boueibu illustrations, so fans can enjoy taking pictures with their favourite characters. Inside the Chara Pop Store, visitors can immerse themselves in the love-filled world of Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! thanks to flags adorned with famous scenes from the series and other decorations.
About the Exclusive Specially Drawn Illustrations
These cutely-drawn illustrations show the familiar faces of Boueibu characters including the Earth Defense Club members, the Conquest Club, and the Beppu twins as they happily make their way to the Kurotamayu bathhouse 1 on their way home from school. These Chara Pop exclusive specially drawn illustrations appear on merchandise at the store as well as on photo panels around the store, so fans can enjoy taking pictures of their favourite characters.
■ New Designs Exclusive to the Umeda Store Added to the Lineup
There are 10 different products available at the store, and each one comes in several different varieties, making a total of 64 items (merchandise are: six items, 41 varieties; mini game: four items, 23 varieties). These Chara Pop Store exclusive items include jigsaw-shaped acrylic keychains that let you join your favourite characters together and aluminium charms based on the locker keys from the Kurotamayu bathhouse, and they're available for purchase at the merchandise area of Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love! Chara Pop Stores.
The Umeda store will be home to exclusive new pair designs featuring childhood friends Atsushi Kinugawa and Kinshiro Kusatsu, and Binan High School student council members Ibushi Arima and Akoya Gero. Everyone who plays the "Love! Love! Garapon" mini game is a winner, and the prizes include jumbo-sized tin badges with an impressive diameter of 150 millimeters, which also come with a stand on the back. A new design featuring the three members of the Conquest Club (who are also student council members and former enemies of the Earth Defence Club) has also been added to the tin badge lineup.
Any customer who spends over ¥2,000 (including tax) on one purchase of related products will receive a gift of an original sticker.

■ "Love! Love! Garapon" Mini Game
To play this mini game, contestants turn the handle of the garapon lottery machine and win one of several prizes depending on the colour of the ball that pops out. Like the name of the game suggests, the prizes feature images of the Boueibu cuties enjoying each other's company in a variety of harmonious scenes and include items like a cushion decorated with Earth Defence Club members. Prize D is a sticker featuring one of the characters, and there are 10 varieties available. The "Love! Love! Garapon" mini game costs ¥450 (including tax) per play.

^1^ Kurotamayu is the bathhouse run by Gora Hakone, the older brother of protagonist Yumoto Hakone. The Earth Defence Club often meet at the bathhouse to hang out, and the anime series frequently shows scenes of the Earth Defence Club enjoying a bath together.
