The anime series Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- recently finished airing, so Mel Cafe, a maid cafe located in Nipponbashi, Osaka, is opening a collaboration cafe to give fans one more chance to enjoy the carefully built world of the show between Oct. 15 and 30. Be sure to drop by if you’re in the area!
During the collaboration period, Mel Cafe will be dressed in the world of Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- including life-size panels featuring the characters as well as a collaboration menu.
Customers visiting the shop who order off of the collaboration menu will receive an original coaster featuring characters from the series and a postcard (12 kinds in total) or clear file (two versions). There is also a toy vending machine filled with cute badges which are available in eight versions plus one secret version. If you’re lucky enough to get the latter, you can exchange the ticket inside for a huge badge measuring 152-millimeters in diameter!
