The protagonist of Dragon Ball Z, Son Goku, is caught right in the middle of his Kamehameha in this brand new figure from Premium Bandai. The normal version, HG Son Goku, and the limited edition Super Saiyan ver., HG Son Goku Super Saiyan, each have a light up gimmick and are available for pre-order via Premium Bandai from Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. retailing for 4,320 yen (including tax, excluding shipping and handling).
The shiny figure features the hero of the popular Dragon Ball Z franchise, Son Goku, unleashing his Kamehameha and even has a light up gimmick to fully recreate the scene of Goku trying to activate the killer technique through the use of LEDs in Goku’s wrists which are activated through a switch on the base. As well as the regular Son Goku version, a limited edition Super Saiyan version will be released at the same time and both are part of the Next Vendor’s Innovation series which began in 2014.
