Kiddy Land Co., Ltd. will hold the Bananya Fair All Over Harajuku at their Kiddy Land Harajuku shop from Sept. 10-30.
Bananyas are mysterious kitty characters inside of bananas which first appeared in March 2015. Combining the cuteness of bananas and cats, these characters play and pull pranks whenever people aren’t looking, and are extremely popular among girls.
The TV Anime Bananya first aired on July 4, 2016. The protagonist Bananya is voiced by Yuki Kaji, his rival Tora Bananya is played by Ayumu Murase, and the researcher and narrator is played by the mangaka Yoshikazu Ebisu.
Kiddy Land Harajuku is now opening a corner dedicated to selling Bananya goods. It will offer Harajuku-exclusive items, cute stationery, miscellaneous goods, and a number of other charming items. You’ll also find special bonuses, as well as a special Bananya shopping spot and news at Harajuku’s Omotesando area.

**Bananya**
Bananya, the mysterious creature dwelling inside of a banana. It lives inside a typical banana, and whenever people aren’t around, it plays and pulls pranks… A Bananya researcher studies the mysteries surrounding it, or at least makes some observations. Neither a cat nor a banana, we can now observe the Bananya’s cute lifestyle! It began airing in July 2016 on TV Saitama and Sun Television.
