Colopl, Inc. will be opening the Hoshi Tanuki Cafe in Harajuku in 2.5 SPINNS Cafe x Sweets Paradise as a part of a collaboration between Shironeko Project and the apparel shop 2.5 SPINNS from Aug. 5 until Oct. 9.
Hoshi Tanuki Cafe in Harajuku is a collaborative event by the Harajuku SPINNS shop, 2.5 SPINNS. The fashion shop is dedicated to bringing video games and anime as Japanese culture to its fans in the form of “2.5D fashion.” Shironeko Project has had a number of collaborative cafes around Shibuya and Kyoto, but is now aiming for a young audience with its pop cafe with 2.5 SPINNS in Harajuku.
In addition to offering a menu themed around popular Shironeko Project characters including Hoshi Tanuki, the 2.5 SPINNS Cafe x Sweets Paradise cafe has been decorated to capture the world’s style. The illustrations on both the clothing and decor are also themed around Harajuku’s unique fashion. For each food item you order, you’ll receive an original sticker, and for each drink, an original bookmark! Be sure to check out the collaborative apparel from 2.5 SPINNS including T-shirts and hoodies, as well.
With “Entertainment in Real Life” as its mission, Colopl focuses on creating innovative smartphone apps as a way to make every day a little more fun with entertainment.
