From Aug. 10–21 you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the world of Ace of Diamond, the baseball manga published in Weekly Shonen Magazine, with a special exhibition held in the 11th floor event space of the Odakyu Department Store in Shinjuku. As well as displaying some of the original artwork and animation cels, the event is also expected to welcome actors from the theatrical and anime adaptations for special stage events, so you really can enjoy all aspects of the story so far on top of the original manga.
Ace of Diamond recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, so this special exhibition is set to be the biggest yet. There will be around 50 pieces of original rough artwork from the manga in both color and black and white, about 30 cells of famous scenes from the anime, and even photographs and costumes from the stage plays too; it’s a collection that will have fans chomping at the bit to see. Of course, there will also be limited edition merchandise on sale as well as a special cafe where you can enjoy various drinks themed around the main characters. During the exhibition, there will also be stage events featuring the actors from the anime and stage adaptations (tickets via lottery).

- Advance Tickets: 1,000 yen (2,000 yen limited edition merchandise package also available). Sales via ePlus from July 1 to Aug. 9.
- Same Day Tickets: 1,300 yen (2,300 yen limited edition merchandise package also available). Odakyu Points Card and Odakyu Ladies Club card holders get a 200 yen discount when buying same day tickets.

How to Get a Ticket: There will be 100 tickets available for each session with winners chosen by lottery. For every 3,000 yen (tax included) that you spend on souvenirs at the exhibition between Aug. 10–14 you’ll be given one lottery entry form.

Date & Time: Aug. 21, one afternoon session (around 30 minutes long)
Expected Performers: Ryota Osaka and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
How to Get a Ticket: There will be 100 tickets available with winners chosen by lottery. For every 3,000 yen (tax included) that you spend on souvenirs at the exhibition between Aug. 15–20 you’ll be given one lottery entry form.
