Rokka no Yusha broadcast confirmed for summer 2015! Staff and visual revealed
News has been released on Pony Canyon’s new anime, Rokka no Yusha. This includes staff information, a visual, and the “Ver.0” PV. The anime is based on a light novel series of the same name published by Shueisha’s Dash X Bunko label. The series is created by Ishio Yamagata, who also created Tatakau Shisho, and up through volume 5 has been published.
Directing Rokka no Yusha is Takeo Takahashi who also worked on Spice and Wolf and Maoyu Mao Yusha. In charge of composition and screenplay is Tatsuhiko Urahata of Master Keaton and Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere fame. Creating the character designs is Sayaka Koiso who has worked as animation director on Mobile Suit Gundam UC, Rail Wars!, and others. Koiso is also acting as chief animation director. Producing the animation is Passione, whose works include Rail Wars! and Haitai Nanafa.
