The latest Gundam game, Gundam Duel Company 01, is part trading card game, part browser game, and it's just been released today, July 25. This game will be the first installment in the Gundam Duel Company series.

Gundam Duel Company is a browser-based card game that uses trading cards of mobile suits and pilots from from the popular anime Mobile Suit Gundam series. In this initial installment, 66 different mobile suits and 37 different pilots are available for a total of 103 available cards. Every mobile suit card features a detailed and compelling original illustration, making them valuable collector’s items!

In order to play Gundam Duel Company, you must first buy a pack of three cards. After that, you enter the serial codes printed on the back of each card into the browser client. Then you must arrange the mobile suit and pilot cards into the 3x3 square stage. Once you’ve dispatched your three platoons onto the nine mobile suit spaces the battle is ready to begin! The battles take place automatically and in real time, during which you can change which platoons are fighting with the Platoon Rotation System. But the player doesn’t just sit back and watch, they must also use the Command Ability to give directions during the battle.

There are several different ways to play, including an exciting multiplayer battle mode in which multiple players wrestle for control, and a mission mode that offers special limited-edition cards as rewards for the winners.
