Starting in earlier this year in May, works began being accepted in three languages from countries all over the world for the Shonen Jump Manga Competition which is being held in celebration of Shonen Jump’s 45th anniversary. Recently, the editors-in-chief of the Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and American editions of Jump convened and from 1,400 entries chose the six finalists. The title of each of these works along with their respective authors are listed below.

Beginning on Dec. 21, these six finalists will be available on the official website where they will be distributed in three languages for free. Thereafter, a popularity vote will begin in which votes from all over the world will be accepted.
