ClariS, a popular singing group whose songs have been used on such anime as Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and Ufotable, an animation studio responsible for such high quality work as Fate/Zero, are collaborating.
The Ufotable Cafes located in Nagano, Tokyo and Tokushima, Tokushima Prefecture have become ClariS Cafes, and the Ufotable Dining restaurant in Shinjuku, Tokyo has become ClariS Dining. The collaborative restaurants opened earlier this month for a limited time. The restaurants feature interiors based on ClariS’ new album, Second Story. The restaurants are packed with ClariS’ charm for fans to enjoy, including displays, background music, and videos all of ClariS. An illustration of ClariS for use in this collaboration was specially drawn by Ufotable.
Free gifts have also been prepared for those who order off of the limited time collaboration menu, including originally illustrated placemats, coasters, badges, and more. The designs of these free goods also differ between ClariS Cafe and ClariS Dining. Furthermore, those at ClariS Dining who order a drink and receive a winning coaster will receive as a souvenir either a display tapestry or a poster signed by ClariS.
Both locations of the ClariS Cafe will be open until June 30, and ClariS Dining will be open until July 2. ClariS’ new album Second Story will be released on June 26.
