Song: “Pre-Parade” by Aisaka Taiga (Rie Kugimiya), Kushieda Minori (Yui Horie), Kawashima Ami (Eri Kitamura)
It’s just my impression, but this is a somewhat "tingling" song.
The three heroines put their feelings toward Ryuuji on a pricking track and come attacking in a slightly sadistic way! That’s irresistible! Taiga is cute on a psychologically traumatizing level. As a guy, I’ll take the liberty and study their delicate feelings from a variety of viewpoints (laugh). Also, from the point of view of a DJ, the BPM being 160 is also one of the reasons it is so highly valued. When you put it on, it’s just about the right speed, and because there aren’t a lot of syllables, it’s easy to listen to. This song will slowly but steadily grow on you without you realizing it.
This applies to all songs, not only anime songs, but the balance of the track and the lyrics is very important. Even though this song feels a bit unbalanced, I'm kind of addicted to it. I think it has a charm to it that despite feeling out of place, it’s easy to take in. There is also a nuance that will have you wondering whether it’s techno or electro. Anyhow, it’s completely addictive. “Pre-Parade” isn’t the kind of song you raise your voice to, but if you play such a tune at a loud volume, you start to like it from yet a different angle. It feels like the song's overall center of gravity is somewhat low. As a club lover, it makes me throb in a way. If you listen to it in a club, the low sounds of the kick and the bass have a nice feeling.
