Dream Collaboration Begins Between “Emil Chronicle Online” and “Puzzle & Dragons”

GungHo Online Entertainment, known for having developed a great number of online games, has begun a collaboration between two of their hit games: the heartwarming RPG Emil Chronicle Online and the hugely popular app Puzzle & Dragons.

ECO launched in 2005. The popular MMORPG is also available in China and America with loyal fans abounding in each region. Puzzle & Dragons launched in 2012 and has since been downloaded a record 11 million times and won the Game Design Top Award at the Cedec Awards 2012. Needless to say, it is known as a highly acclaimed app.

On March 29, at “GungHo Festival 2013,” as the first part of the collaboration, 1,500 promotional illustration cards called “Visitors from Puzzle & Dragons” were distributed. The cards were illustrated with Flamie and other monsters from Puzzle & Dragons and are also useable within ECO. A second part of the collaboration is planned, so fans of both games are waiting eagerly!
