Opening and Ending Themes to Anime “Majestic Prince” Release Simultaneously

Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince is an original robot anime being directed by Keitaro Motonaga of Katanagatari and Jormungand. Other staff for the anime include character designer Hisashi Hirai of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and series composer Reiko Yoshida of K-On! and many other masterpieces. The anime is being produced by Orange, which is known for Yuruyuri and Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. With such a stellar staff, the anime has been picking up attention.

The CD singles for the anime’s opening theme “I Imagine” by Natsumi Kon and ending theme “Saying Goodbye” by Chiaki Ishikawa were released simultaneously on April 17. “Saying Goodbye” was the first release by Ishikawa since 2011. Kon is a new generation songstress from the world of musicals who has gained attention as a stage actress. The single for “I Imagine” is her CD debut.
