Since their release earlier this year, the two-part dream anime song mix CD series by DJ Kazu called “J-Anison Kamikyoku Matsuri” has already surpassed 100,000 CDs sold. In commemoration, an event called “1st J-Anison Kamikyoku Matsuri Presented by DJ Kazu” was held on April 21 at Twin Box Akihabara.
The “J-Anison Kamikyoku Matsuri” series takes well-known anime songs from popular series and mixes them together into a non-stop dance mix. The CDs feature songs from classic series such as Dragon Ball and Kinnikuman as well as songs from the latest hit anime.
The event featured an anime club scene with DJ Kazu and other DJs and special guests. Many loved anime songs were played, which raised the excitement of those in attendance to the boiling point. Stay tuned for our in-depth report of this exciting event.
