German Intern Takes Us on a Tour of Nitroplus

Hello dear readers, I am "JJ" from Germany. I am a female student at a German university and am now doing an internship at the famous anime and gaming company, Nitroplus!

As my everyday duties, I serve tea to the guests, pour water to the flowers, write short reports about cultural differences between Europe and Japan, and collect the post. Sometimes I join business meetings to gain Japanese career experience.

The Nitroplus and Digiturbo companies have recently moved to the Sky Tree East Tower. Therefore the view out of the window is fabulous!

The motto of the new office is "simple beauty." The reception area is presented in an elegant grey and white; the silver company name plates add a modern touch.

The entrance also has eye candy in the form of Deus Machina Demonbane sculptures. The amazing Demonbane and cute Al-Azif welcome everyone who visits Nitroplus!

The well-designed conference rooms complete the atmosphere of the office. The bright and ample Logic-Room gives space for large meetings. The view down to the street and far to the horizon is impressive and makes you feel the greatness of Tokyo. A traditional feel to the all-round modern office is given by the washitsu (Japanese-style) conference room. The enchanting tatami mats and cushions allow for relaxed conversations and facilitates new, imaginative ideas.

If you step deeper into the office, you can sense a busy, yet joyful workspace. Toys, books, and sweets are spread all over the place to make the hard workers feel comfortable.

The CEO’s room affects the motivation of the Nitroplus members. Due to the transparency of the room, the CEO, Takaki Kosaka, is always present and radiates positive energy all over the office.
