Kiddyland Harajuku’s “Chibi Maruko-chan Coji Coji Spring Parade” Fair Begins!

On Feb. 23, a collaboration between Chibi Maruko-chan and Coji-Coji began at Kiddyland Harajuku, a landmark in the Omotesando area. The collaboration, titled “Chibi Maruko-chan Coji Coji Spring Parade,” will run for one month.

Chibi Maruko-chan and Coji-Coji were both created by Momoko Sakura. Each work has a unique world with unusual characters and surreal dialogue. Moreover, the TV anime for Chibi Maruko-chan has been broadcasting for more than 20 years and has become synonymous with Sunday in Japan. The collaboration at Kiddyland Harajuku features an installation with original goods from both of these series for sale.
