The dates for Kana Hanazawa’s solo concert have been set. The concert will take place at the NHK Osaka Hall on Mar. 17 and at the Shibuya Public Hall on Mar. 20.
Kana Hanazawa is a famous voice actress who has voiced characters for many popular works, including Sengo Nadeko in Bakemonogatari and Tenshi in Angel Beats. In April 2012, she successfully made her debut as a singer. Her singles have constantly held high rankings. Her first single, “Hoshizora Destination”, reached number seven on the Oricon weekly single ranking, her second single, “Hatsukoi no Oto”, reached number four on the same ranking, and her third single, “Happy Endings”, reached number seven. With the success of these singles, she is now among an exclusive group of singers who have had three consecutive songs in the top ten.
Her first full album “claire”, which will go on sale on Feb. 20, and features songs by the creators of her first three singles as well as songs written by Hanazawa herself. Anticipation keeps on rising as to what kind of songs Hanazawa has created for the album. Her fourth single, “Silent Snow”, is now on sale and comes with a raffle ticket for the concert.
