TECMO KOEI Games has announced that the “Dead or Alive 5 Cross Play Pack” will release on Mar. 20. The company also announced that the game Dead or Alive 5 Plus (*DOA 5+*) for the PS Vita will release on the same day. The Cross Play Pack includes DOA 5+ for the PS Vita and DOA 5 for the PS3, as well as various downloadable content (DLC). The pack will sell for 12,390 yen.
The PS Vita and PS3 games will be able to interact with one another by allowing players to swap costumes and save data between the two games. The Cross Play Pack was born from players’ desires to be able to play the game simultaneously on both platforms.
Aside from the cross-platform connectability, the Cross Play Pack will come with the “Premium Sexy Costume” pack from the collector’s edition of DOA 5, the “Paradise Sexy Costume” pack from the collector’s edition of DOA5+, and the “Extreme Private Gravure Movie” DLC.
