The new single by girl band Happy Birthday, “Icha Icha Chu Chu Kyapi Kyapi Love Love Suri Suri Doki Doki”, has been chosen as the ending theme to the anime Naruto SD: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals, which began broadcasting on Jan. 8, 2013. The band’s first single, “Koi Kodo”, was also used as the ending theme for the anime Binbo-gami ga! and continues to sell well.
“Icha Icha Chu Chu Kyapi Kyapi Love Love Suri Suri Doki Doki” is a happy sounding pop song that anyone can dance to. It features lyrics by vocalist Kisa that express girls’ true emotions. Using humor, the song’s intense lyrics hit on the emotions directed at clueless guys from a girl’s point of view.
The CD will be released on Feb. 6, 2013. A limited edition of the CD that will come in a specially designed Digipak is also planned to be released.
