Details on the Collaboration Project Between “Hayate” and “Kami Nomi”

A collaboration between the hugely popular works Hayate the Combat Butler and The World God Only Knows, which are both currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday, has been announced.

To start with, a concert titled “Hayate the Combat Butler x The World God Only Knows Joint Concert 2013 Nihon, Mankai Sakurairo!” is set to take place on April 21, 2013 at Pacifico Yokohama. Performing at the concert will be two voice actresses from each series. Performing from Hayate will be Shizuka Ito, the voice of Katsura Hinagiku, and Haruka Yamazaki, the voice of Suirenji Ruka. Performing from Kami Nomi will be Nao Touyama, the voice of Nakagawa Kanon, and Saori Hayami, the voice of Haqua.

Furthermore, before the concert date, special collaboration CDs will be released. The CDs feature crossover units of similar characters from each series. The first CD, titled Advance, will feature the brainy beauties who are late bloomers to love, Hinagiku and Haqua. The second CD, titled Ringo Ribbon, will feature the popular idols Kanon and Ruka. Each CD will cost 1260 yen and will be released on Feb. 13, 2013.
