I recently renewed TOM Premium; why can't I see my renewal benefits?

Renewal benefits only apply to those who renewed their membership before the expiration date of their previous period.
To check your expiration date, see "Membership valid until" date under your user dashboard.

If you are a renewed member, your renewal benefits will only show up once you hit your next 90 days.
Take note that your billing date for your next renewal is typically 7 days before your membership renews, so even if you are charged for your renewal 7 days before, your renewal benefits will not show up until your current 90 day period ends.
