Alter's quality is always amazing, and this figure is no exception. I'm so glad I finally have her! The paint and sculpt are both perfect, and her eyes especially are as bright as the original art.

Unlike the regular-sized matcha pocky, the thicker coating on the midi size makes it a little sweeter and gives it a creamier taste, with just a hint of matcha.

Keep in mind, if it's hot where you are, the sticks may soften then stick together in the package.

The matcha powder is a little strong on these, but not overpowering. Still, if you don't like a strong green tea flavor, the midi may be better as I found the thicker coating makes it a little sweeter.

The chocolate covering is much better than regular chocolate pocky. It's a little bitter, so it balances out with the sweetness.

A very light treat! The outside has a texture and flavor similar to wafer cookies, and the chocolate filling is very creamy without being too rich or heavy.
