I love this little Sleep Aid Puppy. It has helped me on several nights where I cannot shut my brain off. It gives a very soft "heart beat" that I concentrate on and that helps me to sleep. It does sometimes end in awkward and slightly painful places when I wake up, it's not all super cuddly, but I can live with that. I have also noticed that not everyone can feel the heart beat. The key is to be barely resting your hand and not fully expecting it, if that makes sense. It works for me though and I love it!
