I tried to get this to work for me a few times but it doesn't help me get to sleep. The plush comes with a round disk that you put inside (which is quite difficult) and when you press the button on the disk to makes a heart beat like noise but when you listen closely it almost sounds like a rubber band noise. Since I'm a restless sleeper this actually kept me more awake than usual so I just use it as a regular plushie. At least it's cute (also it has Tokyo Otaku Mode on the back of it's bow which I showed in the picture below).
