I was very excited to buy this because Eli is my best girl and I liked the idea of having a phone stand. Fast-forward to unboxing and I immediately noticed that her head was not all the way attached to her body. The problem was pretty evident. Eli's ponytail makes her head too heavy for her neck to support. The stand itself is kind of wobbly it comes apart easily and since Eli is so top heavy she falls over pretty easily. It didn't take much for her head to come all the way off. TOM was quick to reply and courteous about it. If you want the figure still, just be really careful with it and get a good glue and you'll be fine. I used a cynoacrylate and it did the trick.
