Shipping was great, no damage and on time. If you have experience with figures that like to give you trouble configuring and posing you should be okay. But if you arent well versed in tricky figures TAKE YOUR TIME. She is worth it but you need to learn the trick to getting the ship to lock in and still pose correctly (mostly through trial and error). Her hands are alright but the gun is a nightmare to get into the fingers. I actually gave up and didnt pose her with it, just put the gun back in the box. The figure is mostly handmade though so maybe it was just mine that didnt want to cooperate.
