The huge plushy came with even bigger problems due to my local delivery service delivering the package to the wrong household. Despite that, however, this company's customer service was superb. The team worker that I contacted regularly helped me throughout my situation, and thanks to her and a kind soul, I received my plushy. Not only is it huge (the picture does not lie) but it is extremely soft and cuddly. The only problem I have with it is that I'm not sure how I'll be able to fit it on my bed!
