Everything was just well made. The size was just right - not too big nor too small. It's just the right size for hugs. We especially loved the texture of the furs. It felt like the real sheep furs or something - so soft. Overall, an excellent buy for anyone who loves to own a good size adorable soft plushie.

The huge plushy came with even bigger problems due to my local delivery service delivering the package to the wrong household. Despite that, however, this company's customer service was superb. The team worker that I contacted regularly helped me throughout my situation, and thanks to her and a kind soul, I received my plushy. Not only is it huge (the picture does not lie) but it is extremely soft and cuddly. The only problem I have with it is that I'm not sure how I'll be able to fit it on my bed!
