I like this book a lot. It shows 3 muscular body types: Slim (スリム), Fine/Slender Macho (細マッチョ), and Macho (マッチョ). These types are color coded too.

The book contains a lot of pictures with both illustrations and real models. It tells the height of the models too! All model photos can be viewed together at the back of the book.
