I purchased both sets, Green and Pink.

Green is a lot more shamrock-y. Other than that, the major noticeable difference is that they're green-themed, which is obvious due to the name. But yes, Green has lots of tiny individual shamrock stickers as well as some stickers being in the shape of shamrocks themselves.

Pink is much less shamrock-y. There is one single shamrock sticker in the whole sheet, and it's gold, not green. None of the stickers are shaped as shamrocks, instead, some are puffy circles.
