one big n’ glossy miku

she’s a stunner measuring just shy of 18in by 16in (HxW)! The first detail you’ll notice after opening the giant clamshell-styled box -the same regal design that the 1/4 Saber figure came in- is the amount of gloss on her black suit! The second detail you’ll notice as you pry her out from her plastic shell is holy fishnets! The last detail you’ll notice after setting everything up will make you say “no ragret, she’s worth that check!”

Now onto possible issues and points;
*whilst this is one expensive figure, it is produced by Freeing, whose track record isn’t flawless for 1/4s . There will ultimately be minor...

HumpinShiba

I have Taiga just hanging from the rear mirror on my car's windshield. The thing about it's resting positing while hanging from the chain (as opposed to having 4 legs on the ground), is that its face is angled 10degrees up (like it's looking down at you) while appearing as it's standing on an incline (a plane of air in this case). The fun part comes when it starts rocking: this shiba, in it's angled position, starts swinging forward and backwards. Yes, it's literally humping the air in front of it, with an excited, confident look on its face. I freaking love it.

I didn't know who the artist was when ordering, but I did see some of his earlier works. It was cute and colorful, I liked it. Much to my surprise, this book was named Colors, and I laughed after receiving it. It's filled with wonderful/cute artworks, many that feels as though were drawn using pastel colors: warm, light, and fluffy. Highly encouraged for those that craves more fun and bright (kawaii) artworks, as this has plenty to leave your heart full of bubbles~

As a side note, the case from the limited edition fits all the item except the clear file (the one with the solid grayish-blue background). I should also mention that clear file is completely magical; you'l...

hot~hot~hot!

Despite this being a swimsuit figure meant to portray the refreshing colors of the sparkling sea in the summer, the amount of of skin and the details of the body's sculpt is anything but 'cool'! Even with all the blue, I can't help but get fired up upon seeing those curves!

Also, the description failed to mention that those tight, tight, TIGHT~ shorts happens to be removable, quite the pleasant surprise and what a feast for the eyes! This is another great swimsuit fig that collectors of such shouldn't miss out on, including those that aren't familiar with the source info (like meh~)!

Stunning scupt, details, and paint! While the mouth can be a turn off for some people, I think it's quite bright and livens the figure up, complementing her sunflower styled palette!

Her base however, is composed of the exact same clouded plastic as prototype pic, and feels abit weak, which is my complaint (including the price, both of which Max Factory can't ever seem to put together).

Delicious~

Knowing the contents of the artist's previous artworks, I expected skin, lots and lots of skin. And this book delivered on skin, mind blowingly hot skin~

I believe the official site states around 182 pages, but I think only half are actual illustrations, as there's a good number of pages that serves as gimmicks to allow you to see an illustration in a different... light. Think of it as a different flavor each time you turned that page, and it just keep getting tastier~

If you're a fan of To Love-Ru and you don't mind people flipping through this book when you display it proudly on your bookshelf/pedestal of awesomeness, grab it when you can!

Think of it like a 1/144 Gundam

First off, it's a garage kit and comes unassembled. I bought it to practice my skills due to the simplicity, still waiting for it to arrive, but am looking up tutorials in the meantime (if you're just starting out, there's plenty of resources online). Will update once I work on it.

the 2nd amazingly cute kantoku wallscroll that I paid $5 for! Was packaged in a triangular-prism box that looks standard (and sturdy) to ship tapestries with, and then bubbled wrapped to doubled its size! This feels like a spring masterpiece, but I'm displaying it throughout the year, gotta love that sense of purity and innocence, was a great buy!

my first figma~

I didn't know what to expect, but I do know I luv suits, so I bought 2, and then bought the gloves... and then the guns... yea. I was not disappointed! the suit is spectacularly blue! Well designed and sculpted! With the white shirt being just for show as it's more like an long napkin that can be rolled up (like a certain disney cartoon char). Not to mention THE TIE IS REMOVABLE! Since he's my first and I've only been playing with nendos, I'm not too clear on the articulation, but he doesn't look like he'll break any time soon. Only negatives I can see is the back of the head being exposed (but that looks standard for figmas), and that when chanhing his fac...Read moreClose

Worth the weekend spent on it!

First off, box was spectacularly bubbled wrapped and arrived safely. (was flatter and wider than MG Destiny). What one would expect from the MG line with poseability and color, but that is one ridiculously heavy backpack! (which, thank goodness, can come off as per the anime) As with all kits, consider painting them with acrylics cause there are definitely some small missed details (not noticeable from afar)!

is the extras worth it?

the heart shaped lights in the back is pretty much made of cheap plastic, and the base is hollowed out in the same manner, not much different from the regular version otherwise. She will, however, fit in with the other on-stage idols!

harashooOO!

Stunning like the rest of the line, but one should note that the hair is more orange than suggested by pic, as well as the base being... fat, seriously, it's an enlarged O, it's essentially a raised stage!

pink!

It comes with a pink sheet in addition to the clear poster, it REALLY brings out that sakura-falling-scenery... oh and the art is nice too. :D

Simple and clean~

didn't realize her shin guards were made of clear plastic, but it doesn't look cheap due to the metallic sheen on the leg-gauntlet-counterpart-that-i-dont-know-the-name-of. Base was just the right size as well to complement the simplicity!
