As part of the ongoing 25th anniversary celebrations, Sailor Moon is teaming up with popular anime music cafe Ani On for a limited edition menu available at five branches across Japan until May 28, 2017.
During the event, fans can enjoy a quiet lunch during “Cafe Time” from 11.30am to 6pm (11.30am to 4pm at weekends), or a lively musical evening in the company of the cafe’s MC listening to handpicked music and video during evening “Party Time” (7 pm to 8.40pm weekdays, 4.30pm to 6.10pm and 7 to 8.40pm weekends).
There are six limited edition collaboration drinks available themed around the Sailor Soldiers. Each of the drinks comes with a matching limited edition souvenir coaster.
Two different menus will be available - menus A and B will swap between party and cafe time half way through the campaign. Each of the menu items will also come with collectable acrylic charms (eight to collect).
During Party Time, some of Sailor Moon’s most iconic tracks will be played in the cafe.
During the Juke Box Rock On session, visitors will also be able to request a song.
For every 500 yen spent in the cafe, customers will receive one request form they can submit to hear their chosen song (good for use either in Cafe or Party time). The illustration part of the card is detachable and can be kept as a souvenir even after the request card is handed in. Fan club members can also get additional form by showing their membership card when paying.
A number of exclusive collaboration goods are also available at the cafes including a Sailor Moon 25th Anniversary branded card case; and a 25th Anniversary branded cafe set including a mug, fork, spoon, and coaster packaged inside a luxury gift box.
The 25th Anniversary Sailor Moon x Ani On collaboration runs until May 28 at the main cafe in Akihabara, Sapporo Esta branch, Nagoya Become Sakae, Namba Parks, and Hakata Bus Terminal.
