General Giveaway Terms

*Giveaway Application Period: May 16 to May 23, 2019 23:59 p.m. (PST)
*Only winners will be contacted. Winners will be contacted through email within one week after the giveaway ends.
*If we do not receive a reply from the winner within the stated deadline, the winner will forfeit their prize.
*Only one entry per individual, multiple entries per individual may result in forfeiting their entry entirely.
*Winners will be responsible for all potential customs duties and taxes that may be levied in order to obtain their prize if it is physical. If asked to pay customs fees to receive your giveaway prize, you can contact TOM to be reimbursed in TOM Points with receipt proof of customs if you are a TOM account holder.
*One, singular coupon with the same discount will be distributed to giveaway entrants only, the discount of the coupon will reflect the outcome of the Twitter Campaign.
*You do not have to participate in the Retweet Campaign to receive the giveaway coupon.
