SID Anime Best 2008-2017
SID, a popular visual-kei band in Japan that’s been making music for 15 years, has released a best of anime song album!
SID released their best of album SID Anime Best 2008-2017 on Wednesday, April 4! The album includes 10 songs that have colored the world of anime, including their debut song “Monokuro no Kiss,” which was the opening theme to the TV anime Black Butler, as well as others like “Uso,” the ending theme to the TV anime Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The CD is also picking up attention for its bonus track: a self cover of the song “ASH” by LiSA which they composed the music for.
This year isn’t just the 15th anniversary since SID’s formation, it’s also the 10th anniversary since their major debut. They’ll also be kicking of a 14 venue live house tour in Japan beginning on Saturday, May 5.
This album is a definite must-hear for any anime fan!
