Persona 4 Merchandise

Persona 4 is an RPG developed by Atlus for PlayStation 2 which is, technically, the fifth instalment in the Persona series which is part of the larger Megami Tensei universe. An enhanced remake of the original game, Persona 4 Golden, was later released for PlayStation Vita, and there have also been a number of spin-off games including Persona 4 Arena, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, and Persona 4: Dancing All Night. Persona 4 was also adapted into a popular TV anime by AIC A.S.T.A. in 2012 as well as a second adaptation of Persona 4 Golden by A-1 Pictures.

The story begins as Yu Narukami goes to live with his uncle Ryotaro and cousin Nanako in Inaba while his parents are abroad. After hearing a rumour about the mysterious “Midnight Channel,” Yu and his friends Yosuke Hanamura and Chie Satonaka eventually enter a strange television world where they meet Teddie, their guide. This world is populated by monsters known as Shadows which Yu then finds himself fighting after awakening his “Persona” powers. When the gang figure out that the Midnight Channel is linked to a series of local murders they pick up a few more friends including Yukiko Amagi, Kanji Tatsumi, Rise Kujikawa, and Naoto Shirogane, to investigate the strange goings on and fight some Shadows whilst going about their regular high school lives.
